"Greater Moscow" continues to actively develop and transform once inactive settlements. The high number of territories available for development leads to the emergence of new projects experimenting with various formats and activities for future residents of Troitsk and New Moscow.

One of these projects was a sports cluster in the Troitsk Administrative District, for which the CM International team developed a master plan.

The actively developing districts of New Moscow require not only pure functions and activity — they form their own version of the capital's lifestyle, and at the same time they form the need for their third places and community centers.

The new multifunctional sports center will have to become not just a sports facility, but a new assembly point for the urban community of all surrounding areas. Based on this concept, CM International analyzed modern sports clusters, studied the environment and design area, and identified the values and needs of future users.

We have developed a master plan with a detailed functional program for the future cluster, which describes the full cycle of an athlete's and amateur's stay in the territory with various scenarios - from intense exercise to recovery in the spa and recreation area. An important difference of the territory is the opportunity to gather a group of like—minded people, play team games or stay in the sports residence for several training days.
