Junior architect in the urban consulting team (project activity)
Urban consulting team is engaged in solving non-trivial tasks related to architecture: master planning and strategies for the development of territories, conducting architectural competitions — from the selection of participants to the verification of works, creating design assignments for buildings and public spaces, as well as concepts of unusual third places.
What you have to do:
— participate in the team development of concepts at all stages of the project;
— actively participate in team brainstorms and generate ideas;
— to reveal your ideas through presentations: diagrams, texts and storytelling;
— develop various schemes (functional zoning, master plans, etc.) in graphic editors;
— prepare briefings for contests and reports, select participants according to an already established algorithm;
— create scenarios for the use of territories and management models for these scenarios.
You are suitable for us if:
— you have an educational base in the field of architecture;
— you are confident in the following design programs: Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign), 3D (SketchUp/Rhino and Archicad/Revit), basic knowledge of Autocad;
— are you interested not only in architecture, but also in urban trends — how the city works and the various processes in it;
— inquisitive, learn quickly and immerse yourself in new topics, because we rarely solve the same problems.;
— you can express your thoughts in graphics: diagrams and presentations.
